Prices are based on the fabric, ribbons, complexity of the design and also time consumed. Postage fees will varies according to the weight of item ordered.
For custom made orders, we required for 50% payment of total price. Once the item has already completed, the remaining 50% payment need to be paid. Only then, we will post the item.
For any ready made items (tote bag, tudung and telekung), 100% payment need to be paid first before we post them.
All item sold are not refundable / exchangeable.
We will not be responsible / held liable to any items posted that are lost / damage in the mail.
